Since we're only a 7-hour drive now from my lovely sister, Marianne, and her husband, Dave, we got to spend Christmas with them in Nebraska!!! And Nate came from Utah, Scotty and Mom came from Carrollton, and Dad and Jeanette joined us after Christmas. It was so nice to be together! Mar and Dave were such kind, patient, generous hosts and their newly-remodeled house is so warm and beautiful--it was perfect!
The kids were so excited that there was lots of snow, even if it was super cold! Lilah had never played in the snow, so she was intrigued at first...
But a little overwhelmed with the sledding!
