On the second day of Christmas

Our Christmas celebrations were spread out over several days this year!  Ethie left for Ohio on the 22nd and Mar and Dave left the next day, so we decided to do "Christmas Eve" on the 21st and "Christmas morning" on the 22nd.  It still felt like Christmas because we were with our little man and he was super excited!

So Mom made a yummy Christmas Eve dinner
and then we had our traditional Christmas Eve program.

This year one of the three wise guys was an alien, a very tall man sang Jingle Bells, Mar and Dave sang a fantastic southern tribute to White Christmas, James sang a remarkable Texas tribute called Randolph, the Redneck Reindeer, Scotty played a spectacular Avett tribute on the banjo, Mom and I played O Holy Night poorly, and Ethie loved helping everyone read parts of the first Christmas story.  It's very nice to continue with traditions and also nice to add a little spice!

Lilah-bug was still feeling sicky, but she was still pretty happy.  We all were!  Even the dogs
